One of the city's top listing agents, Charlene has been a full time San Francisco Realtor for over 25 years.  Since her career began, she has consistently been a top tier sales person.  Charlene attributes her success to honesty, hard work, and her tenacity in selling and negotiating.  Her primary goal is service and client satisfaction. 

 

Charlene is a second generation San Franciscan with expert knowledge of the city's neighborhoods.  She represents many buyers although she specializes in listing properties and has even had remarkable success with properties that other agents have been unable to sell.  Charlene has tremendous confidence in satisfying all of her clients' needs and that confidence is evidenced by her professional commitment.

 

Charlene has owned several properties in San Francisco, including investment and personal property so she knows what the buying and selling experience is like on both a personal and a professional level. She strives to give her clients the same guidance and service that she has found helpful for herself. 

 

Personal

 

 

Charlene's most important personal time centers around her family.  She has been married for thirty years and has two daughters.  Mollie, her younger daughter, is also a real estate agent and works on a team with Charlene.  Charlene's older daughter, Meaghan, is working on getting her Master's in social work at Smith College in Massachusetts.  Charlene enjoys biking, yoga, swimming, gardening  and  hanging out with her Toy Poodle named Olive.  Working with "Friends of the Urban Forest", Charlene has organized tree plantings and has participated in planting over 100 trees in her neighborhood.  Charlene loves to experience new places and has traveled throughout the United States and to over 22+ countries worldwide.
